Since 2005, DEO has provided competent, compassionate medical care to local adults who cannot afford care on their own. Through donations, grants and volunteer service the clinic is open 4 days each week, providing care to more than 1100 people each year.
The DEO Clinic addresses healthcare disparities by organizing volunteers to provide quality medical services to uninsured adults from Whitfield and Murray Counties. Volunteers may work administratively, interpreting or in a medical capacity when they have an active Georgia license.
