Since being founded in 2008, Traditions Health has maintained a patient-focused and compassion-driven care approach to Home Health, Palliative Care, and Hospice services. By placing an emphasis on superior clinical outcomes, Traditions Health has forged strong relationships in the communities we serve. We currently serve Catoosa, Chattooga, Dade, Fannin, Floyd, Gilmer, Gordon, Murray, Pickens, Walker, and Whitfield.

Hospice care is about living. The Traditions Health hospice team walks with the patient and their loved ones throughout their end-of-life journey, providing the care and education they need for the best quality of life possible. Whether the need is physical, spiritual, or emotional, our compassionate hospice experts are available to provide the necessary support. Comfort and dignity are the anchors of hospice care.

Volunteers are greatly needed to provide support and relief to the families. 

Traditions Health requires background check, TB test, fingerprinting and drug test (expenses are covered by company). Orientation and Training will be provided by our Volunteer Coordinator.
