Volunteers can sit with a patient while family members do errands, grocery shop or attend appointments of their own. Volunteers can read to patients, share craft projects, write letters and make memory boxes or just be there in the moment. Training will be provided in the areas of grief and bereavement, communication skills as well as in communication skills and managing stress. Volunteers make us special, be the hand someone holds. We can work with your schedule.
