The event will be held outside at the Quad from 11 AM to 4 PM, however set-up is at 9 AM and tear-down is at 4 PM. We would like our volunteers to wear white shirts (or mostly white) and any bottoms are acceptable. Volunteers will be helping in 30 minute increments, but can help out as long as they would like to. Food and drinks will be provided. A volunteer meeting will be held on 3/29 at 5 PM in Lower Pope; volunteers are required to attend. The meeting will give the volunteers instructions on what they will be doing and where they will be needed.
