The Big Event is a one day service project where Dalton State students and employees can give back to their community. Volunteer locations will be first come first serve to register, so if there is a specific sight you would like to attend be sure to arrive at 8:30 sharp to sign in for a slot there. Location sign in ill be in upper pope starting at 8:30. All volunteers will recieve a free breakfast through the caffiteria after signing in for the event. We will leave campus at 9AM sharp. Our current locations for the event are losted bellow:
- Campus Garden
- Lakeshore Garden
- Family Crisis Center
- Humane Society of Norhtwest Georgia
- Habbitat for Humanity
The Big Event will run from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm. Participants will meet on campus and transportation will be provided. If you have questions, please email kpainter1@daltonstate.edu.
