Heartlite Hospice

We are a team of professionals serving Whitfield and surrounding counties. Our team consists of Rn, Lpn, certified nursing assistants, social worker and chaplain.

Heartlite Staff complete home/facility visits to our patients with terminal diagnoses. We provide patients with pain and symptom management. Additionally, staff provides spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families. Heartlite utilizes the help of volunteers for companionship and many other roles.
