Camp Independence is a week-long, overnight summer camp for children and teens with solid organ transplant or kidney disease. It is a unique opportunity for children with transplants and kidney disease to experience the fun of summer camp in a safe environment. It also provides them opportunity to build a community of other kids who understand the struggles that they face on a daily basis.
