PruittHealth Hospice is looking for compassionate volunteers all across North Georgia (from Fort Oglethorpe, GA to Woodstock, GA) to give their time to our patients. Volunteers make an immediate difference in our patients' lives by spending quality time with them and providing companionship to patients.
Volunteers are able to do a variety of things with patients:
- Making crafts with patients
- Reading to patients
- Playing music for patients
- Playing cards, completing puzzles, etc. with patients
- Building a positive relationship with patients and families
Volunteers are essential in providing excellent care to our patients. Volunteers use their gifts and talents to connect to patients and families and serve as a companion to those during difficult times. This position is perfect for someone who is compassionate, love spending time with others and giving back to others. Opportunities located in Catoosa, Walker, Whitfield, Gordon, Bartow, and Cherokee counties.
4 hour monthly minimum time requirement
