A new bridge has recently been built over the creek with a bottomless culvert so the trout can pass through.Save Georgia’s Hemlocks hasbeen asked by the U. S. Forest Service and the Nature Conservancy to help restore the four quadrantsof land around the bridge to a forested condition similarto the existing surroundings.To accomplish this, we and partner organizations willbe planting a mix of hemlocks, native hardwoods,and shrubs.
